Habani Gani? (What's happening?)
The beautiful brothers and sisters of The Afrikan Connection sponsored their 2011 Kwanzaa Celebration this year at the Parkway Acadamy, located at 1009 Sycamore St. in Wilmington, Delaware.
It was a beautiful week of celebrating our pride being a people of African decent. Members of the Maat Temple of Truth, The Church of St. Andrew and Matthew, and Mother A.U.F.C.M.P Church, as well as indivuals and families from different sections of the city put aside their personal beliefs to come together as people of African decent living in America.
I would like to thank the membership of the Afrikan Connection, Brother Malik Muhammad of Parkway Acadamy, and Mother Church for their contributions allowing us to come together to celebrate the Nguzo Saba (The Seven Principles).
For membership information you please send a E-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also find The Afrikan Connection on Facebook.

We would like to thank D.N.A. for their invitation to provide photo memories of the event for themselves and their guest. And pary to see them again at their next Delaware event.

On Friday, November 25th the beautiful members of the Dunleith/ Millside Community held a celebration at the Longshoremans Hall located in the Southbridge section of the city.
The celebration is the acknowlegment of their community history developed by whites for the return of African American soldiers returning from the Korean War.
It was beautiful to see people who have moved on their lives to return to their childhood home seeing friends and family members missed, talking of good times.
